Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE

  • Claims for return or refund must be made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the Goods and a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.
  • Goods must be unopened and in original condition (including packaging) that you received it. For these purchases you can return your order for exchange or store credit.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of an item's return. These postage charges are not refundable, unless there was an error on our behalf. Due to the nature of couriers, it may cost more to send an item back to us than us shipping it out to you.

 

REFUNDS

  • You can return your order for a refund if the item is faulty, or not as pictured on the website. Items returned after 14 calendar days may not qualify for a refund, or may incur an extra restocking fee.
  • Notification of damaged, incorrect or missing products must be received by our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of your parcel being received. Missing products will be supplied free of charge within 14 calendar days of MIO’s NATURE being notified.
  • Goods that have passed their expiry date will not be accepted for return or refund.
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 14 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
