  • We deliver products Australia & New Zealand wide using POST services.
  • The cost of shipping is based on the weight of the product and destination of your order.
  • Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
  • We also use a variety of use other shipping carriers at our discretion if a better method is available for particular items and regions. Our freight charges are minimal as our aim is only to cover the cost of shipping your goods to you.
  • For international orders please contact us to discuss options before placing the orders.
  • All orders require a physical delivery address and a contact number.
  • Contact us immediately after placing an order if you need to make a change.
  • Sales order confirmations are emailed on every order. If you find a discrepancy, please notify us immediately.



  • Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
  • We do not ship to PO boxes.
  • By default goods will be sent with "Authority to Leave". This means that if no one is available to sign for a delivery the courier will leave the parcel at the premises if deemed reasonably secure. If you do not wish for the parcel to be left without being signed for you must indicate this clearly in the order comments.
  • Parcels returned to us as unclaimed are subject to additional postage charges for re-dispatch. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
  • We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays. Public Holidays may cause a delay in the delivery of your order.
  • MIO’s NATURE recommend you check your email and / or Junk mail for the dispatch information, tracking numbers & links in the event of delayed delivery please contact the postal carrier or courier directly so we can continue to focus on fast dispatch & competitive prices.
  • Unsigned delivery is available for most of our product range. Some products may not be eligible for unsigned delivery and if this is the case our Customer Service team will advise you by email and / or phone.
